The paper presents a simple and efficient method for identifying two-parametric isotropic pressure-independent yield criteria. experimental procedure includes the upsetting of three types specimens. cylinders rings is used to evaluate effect friction. Together with plane strain compression in die, these tests provide two points locus on π-plane. conjunction plasticity theory based Hosford’s criterion. plastic work describe hardening material. This law can be reformulated terms equivalent after criterion determined. experimental/theoretical above applies steel C15E.
